This picture of Victor looks an awful lot like the kind of baby portrait you might see here in Canada.  What you wouldn't see, however, is a Canadian child with untreated clubfeet. There is good news for Victor. Thanks to a Forgotten Child Rescuer* Victor will have corrective treatment.  Next year, if we take another picture, Victor's feet will be flat on the ground.
