My name is Tara Hannaford I am 32 years of age and was born with a club foot on the left and with muscle loss in my ankle. I also have odd feet with my left foot being a size 6 and right being a size 8. My club foot is also an odd shape with having a high arch it’s hard to fit shoes. Growing up was hard with buying odd shoes. When I was growing I often had the same size shoes with Dad stuffing the end off one for me with lamb’s wool. I find I wear thongs a lot, cheap to buy!

I consider my self lucky to have my leg after 5 operations as a child, splints, plaster, and once nearly losing my leg from gangrene through negligence from local hospitals!
