A happy note out there for any adults or teens having to deal with the aftermath of lots of surgerys, i recently perfected hula hooping with my feet
I have increased mobility about 50% in my worst foot and have built more muscle on my calves than ever before, i have also nearly balanced out the different on my left leg ( the one that was the weaskest thinnest etc) I was told i would live a ”norma” life and i would be able to walk and that was good enough, i can now do more with my feet than alot of people who ahve never gone through club foot surgery or anything like it. I still gte cramps and random shooting pains but it gets better and better
